This Ofsted rated Outstanding school have a vacancy for a full time Year 3 class teacher from September for the academic year. The headteacher is looking for a fun, caring and committed class teacher who will be able to ignite the childrens love for learning. You will be paid an above market rate for this role based on your experience.The staff team have created a safe and stimulating learning environment where children feel valued and part of the school family from the moment they step into the school. Pupils are actively encouraged to aim and achieve high, with their successes being celebrated weekly. The senior leadership team have high expectations of pupils and staff, they will go above and beyond to support the school family and the wider community. The childrens academic and personal development is at the heart of all the school do.As the class Year 3 teacher you will need to work with other members of KS2 teaching team to create a consistent curriculum engages and inspires the pupils. You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupils attainment and personal development
  • Build strong working relationships with your partner teacher and other class teachers
  • Establishing positive and supportive relationships with parents and carers
  • Encouraging pupils to express their opinions, thoughts and feelings
  • Set high expectations for pupil behaviour.
  • Provide a caring and supportive learning environment based on mutual respect.
