Job Description

PPM Engineer - Drinks - Manchester - £30,000About the CompanyOur client is a Drinks Manufacturing business who have been around for more than 50 years.They supply most of the big retailers with their product across the globe.Due to growth and expansion, theyre looking hire a PPM Engineer.PPM Engineer - The Rewards

  • Salary up to £30,000
  • Days 4 on 4 off 6am - 6pm
  • Bonus + Overtime

PPM Engineer - Requirements
  • Previous Food/Drink experience
  • HND/HNC Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
  • Been accountable for jobs assigned seeing them through from start to finish
  • Hands on approach to solving problems and achieving results is a must
PPM Engineer - Responsibilities
  • The continuous improvement of the site
  • Accountable for assigned jobs
  • Ensure the highest standards within Safety, Quality, Hygiene and Environmental
  • Providing knowledge, experience and support to install, maintain and repair production equipment
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules
  • Carrying out reactive maintenance as required
  • Identifying and implementing improvements on equipment
  • Maintaining appropriate computerised and manual records and liaise with various department personnel / suppliers and customers
  • While the role is that of a maintenance technician, it does involve the use of other skills such as mechanical fitting to be able to complete tasks around the production machinery.
