Job Description

At N Brown, we have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing Digital Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager on a 12month FTC (Maternity Cover) to lead a large internal team (9+ members) as we migrate all activity in-house.Reporting directly into the Head of Paid Search & Affiliates you will work across our entire portfolio of brands, manage the delivery of multi-million-pound campaigns and help drive innovation within the paid search space to keep N Brown at the forefront ofpay per click best practice and strategy.As part of the digital marketing team, as a PPC Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering on-budget and on-target campaigns that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of a large team to ensure business KPIs are met.
  • Defining and implementing best practice guidelines and ways of working for the team.
  • Managing Agency relationship and ensuring hours are used effectively to support business goals.
  • Identifying areas of opportunity within the accounts to maximise performance and ROI.
  • Drawing valuable insights from data to inform business leaders and help shape future decision making within the team.
  • Coaching and mentoring a team of PPC Leads and PPC Executives, providing training/up-skilling where required and ensuring high employee engagement across the team.
  • Monitoring key industry trends and updates, ensuring you remain an expert in your field.
  • Working alongside Google and our Agency partners, ensuring we are the first to test and trial new products in the market.

What we are looking for in a PPC Manager:
  • Demonstrable PPC experience with experience of a retail business (ideal).
  • Experience managing a large team (ideal).
  • Experience working with SA360 and Google Analytics (preferable).
  • A growth mindset and the ability to constantly learn new trends and new skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail.
  • A problem solver with an appetite to think outside the box and challenge convention.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A great team player who enjoys contributing to the wider success of a business.
