Job Description

Day To Day Duties

  • Hold Delivery Managers to account by scrutinising delivery plans, ensuring project information is on budget and risks and issues are kept up to date.
  • Contribute to the optimisation and implementation of the Delivery teams ways of working across both Waterfall and Agile projects.
  • Be a key driver for the definition and monitoring of key performance metrics
  • Monitor existing projects against agreed thresholds and processes.
  • Gather and analyse project data to identify Risks and Issues and work with the relevant Delivery Managers to mitigate and resolve.
  • Work closely with DMs to ensure that status reporting is available for management review, via the PPM Toolset (MS Project online, MS365 and Power BI experience an advantage)
  • Be the key driver for the Prioritisation and implementation of the PPM toolset development backlog
