Job Description

My client are seeking a dedicated PMO Analyst to contribute to the strategic goals of their Technology Department. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the Not for Profit sector.Client DetailsMy client are a notable player in the Not for Profit sector with a significant presence across the North West. They strive to make a difference in the community by providing essential services and support and have won awards for how they look after theiremployees.Description

  • Support the successful delivery of programmes and projects within the Technology Department.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing project management methodologies.
  • Contribute to project planning, risk management and budgeting activities.
  • Aid in the production of project status reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication across the team.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of PMO processes and procedures.
  • Support the PMO Manager in the execution of their duties.
  • Uphold the companys commitment to the Not for Profit sector.
ProfileThe successful candidate should have:
  • Experience in a similar role for at least 4 years
  • Proficiency in PPM software and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
