Job Description

Plevin ParalegalManchester City Centre£18,000 - £24,000Friendly, established firm Career development Flexible working A Manchester City Centre based law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join their financial miss-selling litigation team.Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with secret commissions claims from inception to completion
  • Drafting court documents and letters
  • Preparing witness statements
  • Instructing experts
  • Advising client of settlement offers
    • Key skills:
  • Experience in financial mis-selling is essential at the moment
  • An understanding of civil procedure rules would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail and communication skills
  • Driven, articulate and looking to develop a legal career
