Youll be involved in all stages of the development process as they build and scale a number of new products.Working closely with the wider tech team, you will play a key part in developing software to deliver product features to high quality, including:

• Writing clean, maintainable and efficient code.
• Designing robust, scalable and secure APIs.
• Contributing in all phases of the platform development lifecycle.
• Driving continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.
• Ensuring quality of work through adoption of best practices
• Contributing to feature refinements

About you: An experienced developer, you have a track record in building scaleable resilient systems, influencing and driving projects and people to meet key milestones and have a strong desire to learn and develop your career.In terms of technologies, were looking for you to offer 5+ years experience in:

• PHP 7 with Symfony or a similar PHP framework OR Node with Server-less
• WS Lambda or similar
• Amazon Web Services or another cloud platform
• RESTful APIs
• SQL databases (eg MySQL, Postgres)
• Testing strategies such as TDD or BDD.
• Enterprise development patterns such as message busses, eventual consistency, CQRS, DDD and Hexagonal Architecture.
