Job Description

Becoming a Planning Manager with Smart DCC:You will work closely with other functions within Operations, Service Providers and Finance groups to ensure that the planning for the Demand and Logistics Team is undertaken in a controlled and deterministic manner. This is an exciting role in a highly dynamic environment with a multi-layered systems landscape making the task of maintaining operational integrity all the more challenging.This role is based in Manchester.What youll be doing:· Preparation of monthly reports, identifying critical areas, and providing trend analysis and early warnings to the Demand and Logisitics and wider Operations team· Assist in the preparation of ongoing project reviews and providing advice on corrective actions· Monitor trends monthly, providing analysis to the team and working with relevant colleagues to determine potential improvements· To be responsible for monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements, including management of monthly reports and reporting· Supporting project/programme teamsWhat were looking for:

  • Experience of data analytics and reporting
  • Experience of working within utilities, finance or technology based industries
  • Any experience within smart metering, would be an advantage
  • Ability to plan and control work
  • Producing and presenting data to a high standard
