Its very much more refactoring & improving functionality, over bug fixing and legacy code work . Theyre also big on TDD and theircoding philosophy is all about doing things right and not just doing things quickly!They use Symfony as their backend framework & React on the frontend, and theyre equally happy with candidates who are fully backend development focussed or prefer to do a full stack role.
