JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor HOURS: Full Time. 8:30-5:30. YOUR DAY TO DAY:- You will join the RTA department. - Caseload will be from cradle to grave dealing with all stages of the process from portal to trial.- Majority of cases are fast track however there is exposure to multi. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF…- 1 to 4 years PQE / Cilex / or alternatively, qualified by experience - RTA litigator aware of entire process - Have a rack record of billings - Have rack record of handling litigated caseload from start to finish. - Are confident in dealing with and using CPR to win. - Is passion to achieve the best outcome- Proclaim Case management system knowledge beneficial.
