**Job Title:** Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to Director **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support our Director, primarily focusing on assisting with various tasks related to property management and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. While a background in property is desirable, it is not essential. The candidate should be capable of managing accounts, composing emails, handling inquiries, and be available to address tasks, including weekends, as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director including managing emails, answering calls, and handling inquiries. - Assist with property management tasks, such as booking reservations, hotels, and arranging flights/trains. - Maintain and organize records, files, and other important documents related to property management. - Handle family payments and ensure financial transactions are conducted accurately and efficiently. - Manage online orders, including processing returns and tracking shipments. - Act as a point of contact for inquiries and correspondence, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions. - Utilize various systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity. - Assist with organizing holidays and other personal arrangements as required. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. - Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is advantageous. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. - Trustworthy and reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Availability to work occasional weekends or outside of standard office hours as needed. **Salary and Benefits:** - Competitive salary 28K – 32 k with the potential for advancement and salary increase based on performance. - **Note:** This job specification may be subject to change or modification based on the evolving needs of the Director and the organization
