Job Description

Role:Unique opportunity to join WTW as a Pensions Data Specialist implementing bulk calculations within a highly experienced and diversified team. Using your defined benefits pensions, numeracy, and analytical skills you will be comfortablewith working with modern software and ideally have a keen interest in programming and developing technological solutions for the benefit of our clients. In addition, you will have strong organisation skills and demonstrate core project management behavioursto complement your technical expertise. Experience in bulk pension correction and rectification exercises is advantageous as well as data auditing and cleansing all elements of Pension data.Our work style:At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful.   • A proven track record in delivering multiple projects and/or workstreams to set deadlines
  • Strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements, including experience of cleansing pension scheme data and GMP projects
  • Good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes
  • Experienced in creating bulk solutions to correct data or carry out pension scheme calculations
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • A clear, concise and confident communicator of complex or technical issues relating to UK pensions and member data to a broad audience
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • An ability to foster and support the delivery of projects within a team environment
  • Inquisitive, self-starter attitude and ability to work using own initiative
  • Experience of pension administration systems
  • Experience of Microsoft SQL is desirable but not essential
