My client is looking for a Pega Trainer / Consultant to join them for an initial 3 month contract creating content for their Pega Academy. The clients Pega Academy is a learning department focused solely on upskilling current staff and new joiners on Pega Technology. The academy current focuses on BA, SA, Tester and UI developer roles with detailed comprehensive training programmes that support the free online learning provided my Pega. Most of these courses are now written with the exception of a Senior BA course that is equivalent to the Senior SA course provided by Pega (CSSA). The Academy Content Creator will use specialist PEGA expertise and utilise staff to create tailored scenario based training material, learning journeys and training resources for a senior level BA course that builds on the Pega.com certified Pega BA qualification. They will be required to create the scenarios in a training document that test a learners knowledge and understanding of the system. We want the learner to be able to read and understand the scenario challenge (similar to a business request they would get in real life), spend some time understanding the ask and planning the work they will do, we then want the learners to go away, complete the challenge in their own time before coming back to present to the L&D team on the challenges they faces, mistakes they made and what they created. This forms the base of what we want the "Academy Content Creator to do, write the training material which put knowledge into practice in a training environment. The Academy Content Creator will also develop the Pega Training environment to enable the users/trainees to carry out the scenarios in the system. Additional knowledge of User Interface Design and/or testing would also be of benefit.A multi-disciplined individual able to identify and efficiently convey the customers requirements through IT systems skills, communication and understanding.
