Title: Payroll Specialist (Hybrid)Location: ManchesterSalary: £34,000 - £38,000 + Excellent BenefitsContract: PermanentAre you a CIPP qualified Payroll Professional thats skilled with improving and streamlining processesBased in the office 1 day per week you will work with the rest of the Payroll Team to manage and support with all aspect of this high-volume payroll.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Team Leaders to deliver and manage all functions of the payroll to a high accuracy, making sure all legislation and regulations are adhered to.
  • Support with implementing more efficient working practices that deliver a greater quality service.
  • Ensure that all daily activities, including projects, are on target and that all deadlines are met.
  • Produce all work to a high standard of excellence and be willing to delegate and help mentor junior staff members.
  • Develop and support with new business contracts, making sure that all targets are met and that the service exceeds expectations.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Proven working experience of payroll software systems.
  • Working knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and proven-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organised.
  • Managed and worked in a team environment to help and support all staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard.
