This role will be home-based, managing an outsourced payroll, multiple pension schemes, all related compliance and a small payroll team.DescriptionResponsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, providing a bridge between all employees and department heads, and the outsourced payroll provider; ensuring all payroll related queries are responded to; managing a small payroll administration team; management of the outsourced payroll provider, including KPI and SLA review; investigating any discrepancies urgently and efficiently; ensure efficient administration of both DB and DC pension schemes; running payroll-related reports; other duties as required.ProfileCandidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
