This role as a Payroll Manager provides an exciting opportunity to manage the payroll function within a busy retail environment, ensuring all processes are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.Client DetailsOur client is a leading player in the retail industry.   • Oversee all payroll procedures and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage the payroll team and provide them with guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all employee data is accurate.
  • Manage payroll tax reports, filings and audits.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare reports for senior management, auditors and others as needed.
ProfileA successful Payroll Manager should have:
