Company Details and Job Overview:Kenton Black Finance are representing an established and progressive financial company in the heart of Manchester City Centre seeking to appoint a capable and personable Payroll Executive to join their thriving, friendly payroll team within beautiful officesurroundings.This opportunity offers some flexible working for both office and home based working one day per week after probation. The Payroll Executive role requires an experienced payroller with end to end payroll processing experience with a high attention to detail, ideally within a bureau/umbrella/accountancy or similar environment, however applicants from high volume end to end rolesin other industries will also be considered!Key Benefits/Rewards on offer:• Salary: to c£30,000 dependent on experience• Opportunity for hybrid (1 day per week)• 23 days hols + bank hols• Pension• Healthcare • Life Cover • Car Parking Available (Salary Sacrifice Scheme)Your new role as Payroll Executive:You will be working closely with the Payroll Manager and the team to effectively process a variety of client payrolls utilising your strong organisational and communication skills. Day to Day Duties:• Undertake full end to end Payroll processing both weekly/monthly & four weekly payrolls for a varied portfolio of small SMEs to larger clients using both Star & Brightpay payroll systems (software training is available) • Ensure BACS payments are processed in an effective and timely manner• Undertake auto enrolment pension processing and RTI filing end of year processing• Dealing with SSP/SMP/SSP CSA processing • Dealing with new starters/leavers, P45/P46s (no P11Ds)• HMRC/DWP liaison.Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:• Previous payroll experience processing end to end payroll within a similar role processing monthly/weekly/4 weekly payrolls• Strong communication and attention to detail skills • Proactive and innovative approach to resolving queries• Confident and friendly communication/telephone mannerSummaryThis position offers a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional with full end to end payroll processing knowledge seeking more responsibility, great benefits and superb working environment within Manchester City.
