Job Description

Huntswood is looking for a Payments Investigator with experience of working with credit products and making redress calculations to join a new project with leading credit provider.As a Payment Investigator you will be contacting customers about their payments on their credit product. Using your excellent telephone skills you will enquire about payments made and determine whether any redress is required. Using your analytical skillsyou will resolve the customers case quickly and smoothly. This remote contract role will take you to the end of the year, with all equipment and training provided.What Huntswood can offer you:

  • A contract working from home
  • £250 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

The ideal Payments Investigator will have:
  • Experience working with credit products such as credit cards, car finance, mortgage, loans, etc.
  • Knowledge of how payments to a credit product are made and how interest is applied
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • An ability to deal with vulnerable customers
  • Be able to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
  • Strong numeracy and written communication skills
