A luxury hotel located in Manchester is seeking an experienced Pastry ChefRole:A Pastry Chef role is available at a luxury hotel that offers high quality dining with a fine dining restaurant, bar and lounge service, afternoon tea service, private dining and a popular events department with its own kitchen that can seat banquets for 400+ covers. The restaurant offers classic British dishes with the menus featuring plenty of produce sourced locally to the hotel and the Executive Chef implements tasting menus. As Pastry Chef you will be expected to run the pastry section maintaining the high level cooking at all times as well as bringing fresh, exciting ideas to the menus and training junior members of the team on the section.Requirements:All Pastry Chefs applying for this role need a good all round knowledge of desserts, able to produce high volume, and have recent experience where you were creating modern British desserts.
