Our clientoffers the most comprehensive employee assistance programme on the market, giving 24/7 caring and compassionate support services to employers from organisations of all sizes, across the private, public and non-profit sector, to business partners, individualusers, employees and their family members.THE ROLEExceptional service delivery is paramount throughout the client journey and the partnership team are key in delivering proactive interaction from initial client contact through to the demonstration of return on investment. This is predominately an office-basedrole, supporting partnership clients via video and phone calls, webinars and email communication, but you will be required to visit clients externally - anticipating up to 30% of your time may be field based.You will support the team with all partnership clients, including preparation for all meetings and presentations, delivery of content during meetings, actions and follow up tasks, as well as any other day to day queries that are received.DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming partnership enquires via email and telephone responding at all times in an efficient and professional
  • Supporting in the preparation of partnership review meetings, with occasional on-site attendance.
  • Supporting partnership clients with on-site awareness days providing awareness presentations and
  • Working towards telephony activity of 75 minutes talk time per
  • Offering a consultative approach to partnership clients regarding enhanced services, including specialist services such as onsite training and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Mental Health First Aid training and workshops &
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell and actively promote additional services with a target of achieving £5,000 new business per
