Job Description

Payroll ClerkPart-time - 2/3 days per weekMat cover - 12 monthsWhitefield£23,000 - £26,000 (pro-rata)Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to take on a maternity contract for a construction businesses based in Whitefield.Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing weekly payroll
  • Checking timesheets
  • Dealing with annual leave, sickness and managing this
  • Any other calculations as required
  • Liaise with contract managers to resolve issues
  • Produce reports when required
  • Use of Sage
  • Any other admin as required
We are looking for someone who has previously managed payroll for a small business although training on specific processes will be given. Experience of Sage is required. You should also be able to demonstrate experience working under pressure to meet deadlines.Salary: £23,000 - £26,0000 pro-rata per annum dependent on experience.If you are interested and meet the above criteria please send your CV ASAP to or call the branch on for further information.
