Job Description

Our client is one of the countrys leading IFA firms offering high calibre Financial Advice across a range of pensions, investments, estate planning, and general wealth management from offices throughout the UK.Operating from 16 offices throughout the UK, our Client now has an opening for a Paraplanning Manager to join their growing and established office in Manchester.Daily duties will include;

  • To develop and train paraplanners with ongoing development needs, and to deliver paraplanner Induction content training as per business requirements
  • To assist in the design, implementation, delivery and recording of individual and group training activity in support of the company objectives and effective conduct of our business.
  • To work with paraplanners with established track records, providing development, coaching and training support to enable them to achieve their highest potential, in terms of sales skills, supervision skills and technical knowledge.
  • To support new entrants to the company in achieving competency and minimising the time taken for new entrants to understand and be able to follow company process and standards and be productive in their roles.
  • Assist in monitoring adherence to company policies and processes and assessing the knowledge and skills of the paraplanner workforce and identifying risks and training needs. Accountability for business standards remains with the Regional Paraplanner Managersand Head of Paraplanning.
