Job Description

Salary: up to £28,700 depending on experienceBenefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, buy and sell holidays, pension scheme, life assurance, critical illness cover, season ticket loans, discounted city centre parking and moreHours: full time 35 hours per week, permanent, hybrid offered (3 days from home per week if desired)A Top 100 Law Firm is seeking a Conveyancer / Conveyancing Paralegal to work within the Housing department in their Manchester office. You will be processing high volume plot sales from instruction through to completion. Duties of the position will involve:

  • Preparing sales packs and contracts, transfers, leases and shared ownership leases
  • Liaising with clients and keeping all parties up to date, responding to queries
  • File management, billing
  • Checking of Help to Buy documents and ensuring compliance
  • Meeting and exceeding timescales
  • Preparing completion statements
  • Ad hoc admin and reprographics.
Previous Paralegal / Legal Assistant experience handling residential conveyancing transactions is desirable.
