Job Description

Salary: up to £28,700 depending on experienceBenefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, buy and sell holidays, pension scheme, life assurance, critical illness cover, season ticket loans, discounted city centre parking and moreHours: full time 35 hours per week, permanent, hybrid offered (3 days from home per week if desired)A Top 100 Law Firm is seeking two full-time Paralegals to work within the Housing department in their Manchester office, primarily focusing on Part Exchange. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to develop their paralegal career in a brilliantlaw firm with a great work environment. You will be handling your own part exchange caseload of buy-in properties from instruction through to completion and post completion. The role will involve:

  • Re-sales for House Builder client and plot sales
  • Liaising with clients and keeping all parties up to date
  • File opening and closing along with file management
  • Handling acquisitions of residential properties for clients
  • Ad hoc admin and reprographics.
Previous Paralegal experience and exposure to residential conveyancing transactions is advantageous but not essential.
