To be a member of the Bexley Beaumont Support Team (the central support function) and support members of that team on day-to-day queries from the partners working alongside the other experienced paralegal in the team who has recently transitioned to becominga trainee solicitor.Client DetailsMy client is an award-winning law firm which was established in January 2020 with a vision to create a boutique law firm of exceptional quality and talent. It was formed to challenge not only the traditional law firm model but also the current fee-sharemodels which have evolved over the last few years.They promote honest flexibility and a team culture and environment.Description- Responsible for preparing bundles and e-bundles (as and when required)- Helping with data rooms (set up and maintenance of them)- Supporting the compliance team (As and when required) on file openings, conducting searches, preparing client due diligence reports and preparing daily conflict check emails to be sent to the lawyers- Responsible for the file closing process (working with the compliance team)- Undertaking fee-earning work from the lawyers- Undertaking research for the lawyers and assisting on day-to-day administrative tasks- To build effective relationships with all team members of Bexley Beaumont Support and LawyersProfile- Ability to work as a team- Able to form strong professional relationships- Able to work in partnership with others to help drive efficiency, business improvement and growth- Able to generate idea and solutions to support the growth of the firm- Able to have fun!
