Job Description

Paid Media Manager£35,000 - £40,000 + packageHome based (permanently) HQ based in Manchester with use of the office if you needed. Brand:

  • eCommerce retail
  • £200+ million turnover
  • Market leaders and pioneers of digital within their sector.
  • An ambitious growth strategy and a real focus on continuous improvement of service, they have continued to invest in building a market leading digital team.
  • The role:
  • Managing the strategy and delivery of the Paid Media activity across PPC, display ads, PLAs and paid social.
  • Looking to drive growth across existing Paid channels, as well
  • The role includes reporting and budgetary responsibility, around £1.5million
  • Manage day to day activity including ad copy tests, optimising bid strategies, monitoring budgeted spend &campaign creation
  • Analyse performance and ensure campaigns are optimised to drive KPIs.
  • Produce detailed reports to update internal stakeholders on performance and ROAS.
  • Work closely with the wider digital marketing team to ensure campaigns align with the marketing strategy.
  • Looking for:
  • A minimum 3 years experience in paid media role
  • Excellent knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Google Analytics)
  • Experience of PLA and campaign creation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
