Job Description

Yumi Nutrition, one of the leading chewable vitamin ecommerce brands in the UK, is seeking a full-time Paid Media Manager, who is passionate about driving a ROI and eager to contribute on a large scale. The Paid Media Manager will be key to the inner workings and aspects of the digital media campaigns we produce. The candidate will provide concrete deliverables and work alongside the C-Level team on a daily basis.Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £35,000.00 p/aResponsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, management and optimization of all paid media
  • Needs to be proficient in Adwords and Facebooks Ads
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all Ads
  • Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid search campaigns
  • Create and manage link building strategies and social media campaigns
  • Manage all social media, google and email marketing campaigns
  • Forecast marketing campaigns Innovate and present new marketing platforms, strategies, and opportunities for Yumi
  • Determine, measure, and produce KPI’s for each digital marketing campaign / strategy as well as measure the success of campaigns by a way of clicks, purchases and overall ROI
  • Stay current on changes and best practices in PPC
  • Work with members of the team to develop recommendations and tactical plans to increase ROI
  • Skills & Personal Qualities
  • Proficient in Facebooks Ads and Adwords
  • Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive and willing to use your own initiative
  • Solid understanding of using different social media marketing tools and google marketing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for digital marketing and its best practices Punctual, efficient and confident
  • An ambitious individual who is driven to achieve successful results
  • Ability to make efficient use of resources Excellent people skills to be able to adapt to all types of requests, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key people, stakeholders, and organisations
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Facebook Ads and Adwords preferably for an ecommerce business, in the health, wellness and nutrition space, with an excellent track record of ROI
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills, with an attention to detail A creative mind with good critical thinking skills, as well as an analytical problem-solver
  • Flexibility to work on a variety of campaigns and multi-task effectively Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, MS Office suite, and have robust intellectual curiosity
