Job Description

Packaging Artworker - Packaging & BrandingLocation: ManchesterSalary: DOECompany: A full-service packaging and branding agency.Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a packaging artworker to join a well-established company.

  • Creating packaging artwork following brand guidelines and/or design requirements
  • Developing artwork in line with print production constraints
  • Preparing accurate creative packaging artwork from approved designs and briefs
  • Working across a range of both creative and technical projects
  • To ensure all files are complete and ready for printing according to printer specification
  • Producing creative artwork and adaptical design
Requirements:
  • Experience creating packaging artwork - ideally within retail accounts
  • Highly proficient in level of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Used to skilled creative artwork and adaptical design
  • Brand guardian experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of artwork, pre-press and repro procedures
  • Experience of the print industry and processes i.e., digital and flexo
  • Experience of checking packaging artwork files for printability in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
