Are you an experience and talented PA & Office Manager, with previous experience supporting C-Suite level executives within a professional services setting This exciting new opportunity is to work for an established and award-winning company, based in Manchester City Centre. They have been around for over 35 years and are market leading in their field with a remarkable reputation. This opportunity is located intheir head office, and is a mixture of PA, admin and Office Management tasks.Key responsibilities* Diary management tasks for the MD and various C-Suite level executives.* Organise any travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and relevant transportation.* Assist with various administrative tasks such as drafting letters, preparing presentations, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, copying, and scanning.* Take minutes on behalf of the MD, when required.* Meeting room preparation.* Assist with ad hoc company marketing projects, as required.* Meet and greet clients and staff in a professional manner.* Deal with any complaints, ensuring that they are accurately logged, followed up on, and resolved.* Distribute incoming mail and arrange couriers for local/oversees deliveries.* Organise and manage company social events.* Build and maintain a high achieving team, always demonstrating good leadership and management skills.* Implement and manage office procedures and company administration systems.* Manage the reconciliation of office related expenses and invoices.* Arrange and organise refreshments, lunches, and telephones required ahead of meetings.* Manage office IT equipment, liaising with IT engineers to resolve any issues.* Implement, maintain, and respond to all Health and Safety policies, fire prevention arrangements, and internal security.* Maintain the overall tidiness of the office.Ideal experience;* Previous experience working as a PA/EA, or Office Manager.* Proficient and confident using Microsoft Office Suite.* Experience of First Aid and/or Fire Marshall duties are ideal but NOT necessary - training will be provided.
