Job Description

Manchester PA/ Office ManagerHybrid WorkingDo you want to be able to make decisions, sit alongside the Board and have your voice heard and appreciated, finishing work at the end of the day knowing you have made a differenceMy Client in Manchester City Centre is looking to take on a Professional PA/ Office Manager who has Legal or Professional service experience.About the roleThe primary focus of the role is to work closely with the Partners/ Directors/ Solicitors and Managers to improve the day-to-day running of the office. You will be the go-to person for all Partner Management and implementing new processes and proceduresto the business to bring a collaborative environment to the team.Duties:

  • Formatting Case reports and documentation
  • Arranging Case Circulars in a timely matter
  • Partner Lifestyle Management
  • Travel coordination
  • Business Project Work - including events and HR such as organising team socials, onboarding new started and HR administrative support
  • Processing LPA appointments & follow-up diary reminders and tasks
  • Manage Partner Expenses
  • General office admin including managing - Shredit/Printer/Cleaners/Restore/Franking machine
  • Other ad hoc Case admin/Cashier admin/Land Registry admin/filing/office meter readings
  • Diary Organising circulating details - meetings/interviews/virtual/office
About You
  • PA/Office Management experience in a Legal or Professional setting
  • Organisation and efficiency must be second nature to you as you will be working on an exciting range of different activities and projects
  • You will be happy working in a busy environment and switching between projects and tasks with ease and efficiency
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suites
  • You will be digitally and tech-savvy (and have an interest in this world too!) and able to easily navigate laptops, phones, software and social media channels.
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to organize and manage time effectively
  • Proactive thinker and strong team player
