My client is a large, rapidly growing global business business based in Manchester City Centre. Due to an internal promotion they are recruiting this role on a permanent basis into their vibrant and expanding finance function, as you can see by the reasonfor the vacancy this company love to promote within so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and further their career. As a P2P Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the Procure to Pay process and ensuring all processes are running as efficiently and effectively as possible. This will include working closely with an offshore team building key relationships in orderto increase the efficiency of that particular function, supporting with new requisitions, raising PO numbers for suppliers, analysis of Master Data and Virtual Credit Card reports, controlling risk and managing quality control across the central buying function. This role will suit a candidate who has extensive experience in the full P2P process within a large, fast-paced organisation so you can instantly hit the ground running with the position. Previous experience managing staff would be advantageous to your applicationbut is by no means essential. The salary on offer is paying up to £32,000 dependant on experience with an attractive benefits package that includes flexible hours, hybrid working and a generous holiday entitlement.
