P2P Finance Assistant / Manchester / 2 ROLES - £21500-26700We are currently recruiting for 2 roles within the large finance function of a prestigious institution in Manchester.The client requires two P2P finance assistants to convert requisitions to purchase orders in line with given guidelines. This roles will provide the opportunity to gain experience working within a large and well respected organisation.To undertake this role at the more senior level you must have previous experience of processing high volumes of requisitions to purchase orders and be able to follow process maps.You will have a good understanding of iprocurement and the purchase-to-pay process. The role requires familiarity with Oracle Financial and using this as part of the P2P process.You will be responsible for: converting requisitions into Purchase Orders (POs), issuing them to suppliers, and ensuring that open requisitions and POs are reviewed and, where appropriate, closed.
