What will you be doing Maintaining accountability of call centre effective performance, making sure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved Overseeing daily management of operations running costs and cost centre management, including allocation and use of financial discretions within the team Driving a continuous improvement culture in the Control Environment Supporting and resourcing your team effectively whilst working within budget Managing a Multiple Site infrastructure along with Hybrid working Influencing and execute strategy changes where appropriate working closely with Key Stakeholders Working together with colleagues, developing through effective coaching and feedback What were looking for: Previous leadership experience Understanding of governance frameworks and how they operate in a large financial organization Proven track record in delivery through people and driving business performance Demonstrates an understanding of change and acts as an implementer of change Skills that will help you in the role: Experience of supporting customers through challenging circumstances Current Account and Loans product knowledge Change Management Skills Ability to be decisive, able to make timely, risk based and considered decisions via data Where will you be working Based in our Manchester office, which is in the heart of the city centre.
