Job Description

Operations Finance Manager | Greater Manchester | 6 month FTC/Day RateMarks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester to recruit for an Operations Finance Manager on a 6 month contract (fixed term or day rate).As an Operations Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial excellence within our operations.Responsibilities

  • Business partnering with the operations team to drive financial performance.
  • Liaise with budget holders to control and challenge overhead spending.
  • Support investment appraisals to enhance business decision-making.
  • Monthly reporting and forecasting to provide valuable insights.
  • Manage P&L and budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Ensure adherence to all group controls and financial policies.
About you
  • ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others positively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
