Job Description

The client, a growing software technology business based in Central Manchester are seeking an Operations Coordinator at this amazing time of growth. You will have genuine fast track career opportunities to propel your career through this global business.The company have been established almost 10 years and have witnessed significant growth during that period, whilst keeping the customer journey at its heart.They have been developing globally for the past few years, and this has given rise to amazing personal development opportunities for those employees wishing to develop their career rapidly.THE ROLEAs an Operations Coordinator you will facilitate effective collaboration between several departments to ensure processes are followed and run smoothly.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day client and staff interaction
  • Daily travel coordination
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Working closely with the on-boarding team and account management
  • Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
  • Support team members, internal colleagues and customers with ADHOC requests
  • Innovating & following operational processes
  • Seeing out Operational tasks from start to finish
  • Working closely with the on-boarding team and account management
  • Keeping real time spreadsheets updated and accurate
  • Working on project management tools such as Trello to ensure operational processes are followed by multiple teams
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good administrative skills
  • Ability to stay on top of spreadsheets with the use of Excel
  • Understanding of reporting
  • Ability to contact clients and build relationships
  • Good time management skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • A strong eye for detail and informative updates to teams in order to strategies
