Job Description

This role is ideal for an organised and motivated Online Reputation Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, Business Services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing social media activities engaging with thenegative comments. This role is based in Manchester city centre.Client DetailsOur client is a leading provider in the Business Services industry. Based in Manchester, they have built a reputation for excellence and professionalismwithin their industry.DescriptionThe duties of the Online Reputation Co-Ordinator will include:

  • Monitor reviews and social media posts to identify negative content
  • Contact negative reviews with a view to resolving any issues within SLA.
  • Promote positive content in online presence internally and externally.
  • Work with Stakeholders towards enhancing online reputation.
  • Monthly reporting of online activity to include analysis
  • Coordinating the scheduling and publishing of online content.
  • Working with various teams to develop online strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting on online performance metrics.
  • Assisting in the creation and editing of digital content.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all online platforms.
  • Supporting the development of online marketing strategies.
ProfileA successful Online Co-ordinator should have:
  • Proven experience within a online reputation role
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Some face to face meetings with clients will be required
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using content management systems.
