Job Description

THE COMPANY:

  • An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a Ladieswear Fashion Brand. You will provide the Directors with day to day admin support & be responsible for the smooth running of the office. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-530pm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role with strong organisational skills.
  • THE ROLE:
  • General office management.
  • Answering the phones & greeting guests.
  • Manage the front desk & reception area.
  • Responsible for incoming post & outgoing parcels.
  • Responsible for all post duties.
  • Signing for & sending parcels.
  • Printing postage labels.
  • Ordering stationery & cleaning suppliers.
  • Clean up after team meetings.
  • Ensure office & front of house is clean - including the kitchens.
  • PA duties for the 3 Directors within the business.
  • Make tea / coffee / order lunches as required.
  • Deal with adhoc paperwork.
  • Manage a junior administrator / apprentice.
  • Other duties as required.
  • SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Be organised with good attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise where required.
  • Good IT & communication skills.
  • Keen to help in all situations.
