Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator who is looking for a varied and involved position where they can really make a difference to the smooth running of a department and the business.Our client is looking to recruit and Office Administrator to assist and take ownership of office administration for the business, predominantly in the Operations department but including responsibilities for both Finance and MarketingRole and Responsibilities for the position of Office Administrator:

  • Assisting Management in recruitment and onboarding documentation and leading in the orientation of new employees
  • Assisting Management in HR documentation and employee records including some payroll and benefits administration
  • Fraud & Billing: Reviewing and identifying fraudulent customer orders and managing them through the Company Fraud Process - Full training will be given
  • Procurement: Managing company orders, transactions and supplies, ongoing and new, across departments and communicating spend and invoicing to the Finance Controlle
  • Working with Management on the upkeep of various vendor contracts
  • Managing Office visitors and vendors including meet & greets
  • Managing day to day office upkeep
  • Managing employee travel and expenses when required
  • Marketing budget data input
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a safe return to work for employees and management of office occupation moving forward.
  • Personal Specification for the position of Office Administrator
  • An enthusiastic and friendly administrator and generalist to oversee the business & office administration and upkeep
  • Ideally at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently and proactively with minimal supervision
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workflows effectively
  • Must be an excellent communicator
