Job Description

My client based on one of Manchesters high street`s are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team.This company is in the pharmaceutical / health sector and also have offices outside of the UK.Duties will include;Order Processing:Processing sales ordersArranging delivery via courierPrinting paperwork Packing ordersSending confirmation emailsPrinting and sending invoices by post every Friday Stock controlOrganising new stock in numerical order into the freezersMake sure stock area is tidyChecking physical stock quantities tally with electronic recordsGeneral Office duties:Occasionally answering phonesPacking promotional materials for exhibitionsFilingIf you are friendly and have excellent I.T, communication and Administration experience then please call me now.Salary is £18,000 and hours are Monday -Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch.
