Job Description

North West Team LeaderManchester/ Liverpool area with 25 mile radius. Salary: £35,893.00 per annum, permanent position.Weekly contracted hours:Mon to Fri 8-6. Sat 9-5 & Sun 9-4 per month. Bank Holidays 9-5. 1 weekend in 4. Must work 2 x Bank Holidays a year. What is this role of the North West Team Leader To lead their team members in their full day to day duties, maximising the availability of the ATMs to dispense cash to ensure focus is customer based. Working with the escalation engineer in focusing on maximum uptime of region ATM estate. On occasionsto assist the engineers in complex repairs and pass on vital experienced knowledge when it is needed through written or oral instructions. Team leaders to oversee and drive projects and drive business initiatives. Supervise the day to day operations ensuringmotivation and performance levels are maintained.What will I be doing as the North West Team Leader Be a leader:

  • Create a hardworking and effective team ethic within the team encouraging everyone to work together and support each other.
  • Maintain clear communications with the team. Communicate to the team on a daily and weekly basis informing them of any upcoming changes that can impact their daily duties.
  • Authorise P3 Ad-hoc requests that wont have a serious impact in your area.
  • Delegate Escalation Engineer to priority/problematic site. Where this is not possible, attend these in person.
  • Manage their staff resources through holidays and sickness to ensure maximum effectiveness in the field.
  • Ensure team complies with Cardtronics policy and compliance standards at all times.
  • Carry out inspections regarding company audits e.g. Tools, Car, parts management and storage to ensure staff have the correct equipment to do their job.
Deliver results:
  • Communicate and Distribute Monthly Key Performances to their team, so all members have a full understanding; support and guiding their teams to achieving maximum results.
  • Carry out periodical staff performance reviews to highlight and promote strong workers.
  • Carry out and support Employee Relations issues when needed. This includes managing and supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing under performance within the team; including the management of Performance Improvement Plans when required.Always supporting poor performers to strengthen their skills.
  • Carry out the annual Fast Start process ensuring this is completed on a timely basis in line with the HR timeline
  • Assist and on occasion conduct induction courses for new members of staff within the team to ensure policies and compliances are met.
Administration duties:
  • Sickness and Absence Management - Manage the absence within the team, ensuring sickness is reported and the team planner updated. Carry out absence reviews where required and conduct Return to Work interviews when required.
  • Authorise the teams weekly expenses.
  • Managing the staffing and resources of the team. Update weekly planner and weekend rota, utilising all resources and keeping good staffing levels.
  • Attend conference calls and meetings set by line management or related departments within business.
What Will I Need to Succeed as the North West Team Leader
  • Assist with admin and project work set by RSM.
  • Organise team communications including one to ones, team meetings with their own team.
  • Assist RSM with regional team meetings on a regular basis.
  • Maintain PVK and ATM desk updates
  • Maintain records of visits to engineers sites and report any deficiencies and corrective action plans.
  • Basic PC skills, knowledge of MS Office, Crosstech and Phoenix.
