With a head office in Oxfordshire, their tech team works fully remotely, but does meet from time-to-time to collaborate and knowledge-share. As well as the benefits you’d expect, a bonus scheme is in place with a target of 25% of base salary, which rises to 50% if company “stretch targets” are achieved.The RoleAs my client moves from having thousands of hardware units in the field, to tens of thousands and beyond, they face the technical challenge of scalability, as well as looking to meet the feature demands from their customers. For that reason, they are seeking a Node.js Developer / Software Engineer with creative problem-solving and architecture skills – a Software Engineer who can both design and create appropriate solutions to the challenges faced.
