Job Description

Are you looking for a Support Worker where you are able to support a variety of young people in a host of different environmentsWe are looking for a responsible support worker to cover waking nights for various supported living projects in Manchester and Liverpool. Covering both areas you will be available in case of emergency to get out and support the staff at the location but also be responsible for various other check and responsibilities listed below;

  1. To assist the Service Users allocated Support Worker by providing support outside of normal working hours.
  1. To support the on-call Support Worker by acting as the front line for any emergency issues, including but not limited to noise complaints, anti-social behaviour, and emergency housing issues.
  1. To be the primary contact for emergency referrals outside normal working hours.
  1. To provide support to new referrals who may need assistance settling into their new homes.
  1. To be comfortable and confident lone working, ensuring the lone working app is used at all times to maximise staff safety.
6.To manage a caseload of Service Users who require support during the eveningsIf you have experience as a support worker in a residential setting and are a driver (as part of this role you will access to a pool car) and are interested in this role please apply. Required skills
