Badenoch + Clarks NHS Client based in Greater Manchester requires an NHS experienced IT Project Manager. The Contract is OUTSIDE of IR35 and is paying rates of £350 - £450 per day. The initial contract will run for three months and is likely to be furtherextended. The role will be mainly remote working, but occasional onsite requirements maybe needed in the North-West dependent on project needs and government Covid policy.Our client has a number of different requirements within their IT Programmes Teams, mainly focused on the delivery of clinical system implementations, replacements and integrations, with some additional infrastructure improvement projects. You will be takingownership of one or more projects at various stages of the project lifecycle, seeing these projects through to implementation and go-live. The projects assigned will best suit your prior experience and interest.You will be tasked with setting up strong project governance and rigour by implementing and delivering robust business cases, project mandates, PIDs and project plans. You will have strong project tracking and reporting capabilities and be comfortable presentingproject updates at Programme Board level. You also will be adaptable to client methodology and governance, based on Prince 2 methodology.In order to be considered it is essential that candidates have a strong knowledge and experience of working within the healthcare sector and delivering clinical IT systems into live service.
