Badenoch + Clarks client in the North West of England is recruiting for an IT Business Analyst to generate requirements and help produce business cases for the development of Information Management & Technology lead transformation across a wide range of clinical and operational Directorates. This contract is to start ASAP and will run until the end of March 2021, paid at a rate of £300- £350 per day (outside of IR35).Following the impact of COVID-19 and the urgent response required, our client is now in a position to commence a range of IT and Digital projects and programmes. One of these programmes is focused on working with operational and clinical areas across the NHS organisation to explore all the possibilities for IT and Digital solutions to lead on the different ways of working required post COVID-19.As the core Business Analyst working on this post COVID-19 Digital improvement programme, you will working within a workstream focused on high-level collaborative working with both clinical and operational areas within the NHS to explore each Directorates challenges and ambitions for their working processes and practices in the new normal we have entered, drilling down on how technology and digital change can enable improved ways of working in a variety of ways.The successful candidate will be supporting a Programme Manager in engaging senior staff members across a wide range of clinical and corporate areas, up to C-Suite level, to investigate their challenges presented by post COVID-19 working requirements and what they require from the Information Management & Technology Department by means of technology driven change to support new working practices. You will be exploring the challenges of modern day working processes post COVID-19, gathering requirements and completing AS-IS and TO-BE analysis to identify what the Trusts Information Management & Technology could deliver by means of technology led change to support recently changed working requirements.The ideally candidate will be a highly driven and successful IT Business Analyst who has successfully delivered technology led change within the NHS previously. You will have a high level of capability in working with very senior stakeholders within NHS clinical and operation areas and be comfortable engaging and communicating with people at that level. You will be able to work within a fast paced programme that is rapidly changeable and therefore cant rely on overly structured and rigid methodology - this is a rapidly moving programme that requires an agile and adjustable approach and for the Business Analyst to be comfortable adjusting to fast changing requirements.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly interesting and significant programme of work and be instrumental to the creation of technology led change to the health sector.
