Badenoch + Clarks NHS client in Greater Manchester requires an IT Business Analyst for an initial three month contract, which is very likely to extend. The rates on offer are £300-£400 per day (OUTSIDE of IR35) and the contract is to start at the beginningof January. There will be a mix of remote working and some onsite requirements (dependent on changes to government Covid guidance).Our client is in the middle of a large-scale key clinical system implementation that is high-profile within the healthcare sector. To support that, there is a programme of work focused on current system consolidation to help all current systems integrate andinterface smoothly with the new clinical system to be implemented. As a result, they need to engage the services of a Business Analyst to support the requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement to map out these system and data consolidation needs.They key requirements will be:- The analysis of the quality of the data in each instance of each system, to determine clean-up requirements.- The identification of any changes to workflows that might be necessary to allow the successful adoption of a single instance of each system- The design of potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase, which could include data quality issue remediation, workflow changes and changes to standards.- The development of comprehensive end-to-end test cases.- The overseeing of implementation of approved process changes.In order to be considered, candidates must be skilled and experienced Business Analysts who have prior experience of gathering technical system requirements in healthcare settings.
