Job Description

Role OverviewThis role will be responsible for conducting viewing with prospective buyers, liaising with vendors and coordinating offer submission. This role requires a can do attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet, whilst alwaysworking to ensure the highest standards are executed at all times. A knowledge of the residential / new homes market would be advantageous but not a necessity.Key Responsibilities• Carry out viewings across our region specifically in Derbyshire • Arranging appointments, providing post viewing feedback to clients / sales manager• Taking offers and liaising with vendors effectively• Meet and greet clients at properties we are marketing• Liaising with the sales team over appointments and the handover and collection of keys• Registering applicants on to the databaseKey Skills• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to all clients and stakeholders in person and via email and telephone• Personable and enthusiastic attitude• Professional approach to work• Good time keeping• Strong organisation skills• Ability to work with discretion and diplomacy• An interest in property and knowledge of the area would be desirable• A driving licence is essential for this position• Ensures compliance of legal, internal and external requirements i.e. Health and Safety, FSA, compliance, Estate Agency Act, GDPR, Bribery Act.
