NEET Youth Worker£27,459ManchesterFull TimeFixed Term (6 months)Role Purpose:We are currently recruiting for an experienced Youth Engagement worker who will engage with 15-24 year olds who are currently/at risk of being NEET.You will be responsible for promoting the programme to schools, training providers, colleges and any other referral organisation to help identify suitable young people. Throughout the programme you will mentor and support the young people to address theirbarriers to learning/employment and help them gain new skills via internal and external provision/training opportunities.You will have experience completing ESF (or similar) contractual paperwork which will include literacy & numeracy and a diagnostic assessment.
