Job Description

Are you a strong people manager looking for an opportunity to take your skills to a national levelCollaborating with the Account Manager, you will oversee the development and management of multi-disciplinary teams, taking ownership of and celebrating efficient boosts to sales performance and brand excellence. On behalf of a global computing brand, youwill be pivotal in their continued success across the nationwide retail landscape across the next 12 months.Your Employee Package:

  • £40,000 per annum + up to 10% performance bonus
  • 22 days paid holiday in addition to bank holidays
  • Holiday purchase or sell scheme
  • Company car or car allowance with additional expenses
  • Full time, 12 month contract (Monday - Friday, with weekend availability on a limited basis)
Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deploy field and sales teams through Regional Managers for efficient operations, travelling across the UK to support.
  • Lead sales development and key performance indicators, implementing effective performance management and process enhancement.
  • Ensure brand excellence with channel partners through close collaboration with retail associates.
  • Collaborate across functions with account management, operations, and training teams for seamless execution of training and engagement plans, while overseeing the retail channel and fostering key stakeholder relationships.
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience managing personnel (desirably in a field or retail environment)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, adapt, and set realistic timescales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the retail landscape in consumer electronics, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of the computing category is desirable.
