Motion and Digital DesignerOpportunity:An international organisation that interacts with over 100 countries across the world is currently hiring Motion and Digital Designer to lead the video, motion and digital design and production services within the Design Team, to ensure the ongoing ability of the team to deliver an excellent service to our clients across the organisation. The chosen Motion and Digital Designer must be able to improve the capabilities of the whole team in video and digital production by managing the production of video and digital assets by other members of the team. You must have a strong understand of adobe creative software, proven creative ability and some knowledge of HTML / CSS.Key Responsibilities: • Manages video production to agreed standards in a diverse, complex organisation in response to the supplied brief, ensuring the result is delivered within the timeframe and costs agreed.• Ensures that all video and digital production is on-brand• Builds video and digital capabilities through advice on best practice, and by ensuring there are sound frameworks, tools and templates for content delivery.• Supports the production offline (print / exhibition etc) materials to agreed standards• Work with Creative Studio Manager and Senior Designers to ensure the creative concepts are delivered through video and digital assets.• Assist in the successful uptake of creative proposals through short video examples• Work with script writers and videographers to create storyboards and treatment guides• Manage permissions and copyright and footage storageKey technical skill and capabilities• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Software including:o PremierProo AfterEffectso PhotoShopo InDesigno Illustrator• Proven creative ability in commercial projects, across on and offline media• Proven experience working within a busy and multi-disciplined creative team• Ideally some knowledge of HTML and CSS• Ability to plan and organise: can work to strict deadlines• Ability to manage performance of others and develop themSalary & Benefits: •£30,000 pa, (annual salary reviews)• Bonus, Pension • Work From Home Options, Flexible working • Benefits: 30 Days Holiday/Medical Cover/Life Cover/Pension/Flexible BenefitsIf you could please respond to this advert with a up to date version of your CV and the leading consultant will be in touch.Motion and Digital Designer
