Job Description

Mortgage Broker - Self EmployedNationwide (Home Based Role)Flexible HoursOutstanding Bonuses OTE £35,000 - £80,000 - commission splits from 40% - 80%*ROLES AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE*This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing mortgage brokerage. Directly authorised, Mainly Mortgages operate in the specialist market, often getting clients approved when everyone else has said no, offering solutions to customers that normally would not qualify.This role will suit anyone looking for a new home where a sensible approach to writing business is taken. No huge restrains or tiresome outdated compliance restrictions.A huge focus is placed on providing a platform for advisors to grow and build their own brand. See this as building your own business within a business!Main responsibilities and duties

  • Home based / Remote working
  • Fact Find clients to understand their needs and wants.
  • Research the market to find the best product available
  • Recommend and arrange mortgage & insurance products
  • Ensure documentation & client records are kept up to date and uploaded to cloud based CRM system.
  • Maintain competence
    • Experience and qualificationsESSENTIAL - Cemap qualified with 1 year’s mortgage broking experience.Experience dealing with telephone leads and working remotely a huge advantage.MUST be a self starter with ability to self generate leads however assistance will be provided for the right candidateYou will need to be driven, hard working and willing to build yourself as a brandPreferred
  • A successful sales record/history
  • An understanding of the Mortgage Market- Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of Financial Services sales and understanding of compliance regulations
  • Ability to learn fast
